LilyBee Wrap is a family-owned, Hawkes Bay brand whose natural beeswax products offer a practical and eco-friendly alternative to plastic wrap. According to LilyBee’s co-founders Stacia and Miko, small steps can change the world.
Inspired by this message of conscious living and ethical consumerism, ClairObscur delivered an end-to-end rebrand for LilyBee which considered every detail from visual identity to packaging design and media strategy. Composed on a seasonal theme, LilyBee’s “phantasmagoric” campaign images were shot by creative director and photographer Jen Raoult, who chose cinematographer Tammy Williams and Jessica Sanderson of Mixed View to shoot the moving imagery for ‘Our Story’, LilyBee’s branding identity video. At the time of writing, this video had over 3 million views (and counting).
To craft a timeless brand mark, Raoult also sought out the talented UK designer Ryn Frank.
The result is an organic brand story that has translated effortlessly across LilyBee’s digital channels. Plus, with ClairObscur managing the brand’s ongoing social media content, LilyBee’s online engagement has grown by 2,400%.
